Karate-Do

Karate Students develop a positive mental attitude while building a strong foundation in the skills of the martial arts. 

Karate Students develop the mental and physical fitness rewards of the martial arts as they begin building their focus and concentration.

Our Karate Club is member of national e international organizations: 

  1. USA National Karate-do Federation
  2. World Karate Federation
  3. International Seitokan Karate-do Association

We train in the following Japanese Martial Arts:

  • Karate-do; developed from various martial arts by GichinFunakoshi (1868–1957) and his son Yoshitaka Funakoshi (1906–1945). 
  • Judo/Jiu-Jitsu; are one of the most  widely practiced combat sports throughout the world, have developed from a Japanese "martial art" to becoming a truly international sport on the Olympic Program (Judo). 
  • Self Defense for adult men, women, teens and children. 

 

Students learn our SNK Curriculum - combining the most effective andbest of the martial arts in structured, disciplined, and excitingtraining classes.
