Membership Cancellation

Should you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

A 30 day notice is required for all membership cancellations.

May cancel membership anytime during their first month, during the 30-day period, You may continue to attend your regularly scheduled classes.

Please fill out the below form to cancel your memberships. Any verbal and/or written communication to our staff or Senseis (Instructors) to cancel membership will not be accepted.

Please note that membership cancellation will be processed once all dues are paid in full and a 30-day notice period has been observed.
